Acid-related dyspepsia: Intermittent
courses of lansoprazole may be given in doses of 15 or 30mg
once daily, for 2 to 4 weeks. Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease:
The dose is 30mg once daily for 4-8 weeks; thereafter maintenance
therapy can be continued with 15 or 30mg once daily according
to response. Peptic Ulcer Disease: 30mg once daily for 8
weeks. Duodenal Ulcer: 30mg once daily for 4 weeks. NSAID-associated
Ulcers: 15 or 30mg daily for 4 - 8 weeks. The same dose may
be used as prophylaxis for patients who require continued
NSAID treatment. Zolling-Ellison Syndrome: Initial dose of
60mg daily, adjusted as required. |
